Candidate should know about these - "Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement Support teams on implementation and delivery of new processes Drive clarity and achieve consensus among key stakeholders around the gaps in processes Lead end to end development of processes Identify opportunities to enhance, simplify, or reuse existing processes Work closely with technical team, ensure accurate interpretation of business needs into technical terms Responsible for generating status reports Assist in Change Management activities Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset Problem-solving aptitude Experience in technical business analysis in a related industry Knowledge : Industry best practices like ISO/ ITIL service management, Agile methodologies, Audit and risk management – these would be an added advantage."
